February Full Moon Circle
On February 16th, we will have a Hawaiian flavored ritual for initiation and dedication. In preparation, those who plan on attending are invited to give some thought as to what they might want to dedicate themselves. We are an open and eclectic group, who welcome all earth centered traditions and follow no strict guidelines for how our rituals are formed and take shape. However, anytime you endeavor to have an initiation or dedication, there should be some forethought to the meaning of the ceremony.
Even if you are not ready to dedicate yourself to any path at this time, please join us for the February Full Moon. While each participant will have the opportunity to initiate herself, she will also be gaining energy and encouragement from the group. Such energies can really help to strengthen our dedication to bringing about what we want to see manifest, in ourselves, or in the world.
Are you contemplating embarking on a spiritual path?
Would you like reinforcement for the path you’ve chosen?
Are you looking for guidance on what your path might be?
Maybe you would just like to send forth positive energies of healing and hope into the world, for the Earth and her inhabitants….
Or just want to share some fun, sacred space in the company of women.
Whatever your current goals are, wherever your current path finds you, it can always be of benefit to reflect and contemplate the journey – to evaluate how your journey is going, if any adjustments might be in order, and (most important!) to celebrate how far you’ve come.
Please spend some time between now and the next full moon for reflection on your journey. Follow whatever means feels right to you – whether through journaling, creative visual expression, meditation, ritual, prayer, or however your soul speaks to you. Try to listen to your still inner voice to learn about the journey you are on or feel ready to embark on. Feel free to share with the circle anything that comes out of this process.
Then prepare to join us in ritual as we reinforce ourselves on our chosen paths – and have fun in the process! We will meditate, sing, dance, and receive guidance from our Aumakua. Please join us!
Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering to coordinate the feast, set up the altar, or be the greeter for the February Full Moon Circle.
Bright Blessings,
